Her Rising Season exists to create intentional space for women to:

  • Process change and transition

  • Support their mental and emotional wellness

  • Build clarity and self trust

  • Grow at their own pace, alongside others

This is not about fixing yourself.
It’s about being supported while you become.

WHO THIS IS FOR

This space may be for you if:

  • You’re navigating a season of change or rebuilding

  • You feel emotionally stretched or tired of doing everything alone

  • You value reflection, growth, and community

  • You want support without pressure or performance

You don’t need to be at a certain stage to belong here.

WHAT THE FOUNDING SEASON INCLUDES

During the Founding Preview Season (January–March), members receive:

  • One virtual group session each month

  • One guided reflection or journaling resource each month

  • Access to a private community space

  • Gentle weekly prompts and encouragement

Participation is always optional.
Cameras and sharing are never required.

  • Not coaching

  • Not a productivity program

  • Not a place to "perform" growth

The Founding Preview Season is free because this space is still being shaped with intention.

The membership will officially become paid in the spring.
